Your registration will be confirmed once you have attended the practice for your first appointment.
We are an independent practice with dedicated staff offering the highest possible care for your beloved pets.

There are many benefits and services we offer which we would like to make you aware of:

• A Pet Health Plan payable in affordable monthly instalments, offering protection against fleas, worms and ticks and an annual vaccination. It also entitles your Pet to a 6-month health check with one of our nurses. You will also benefit from a 10% discount off all our products and other services (external specialist care is excluded)
• Our hospital offers a specially designated air-conditioned Cat ward so your cat can recover from a procedure in a calm and peaceful environment.
• The latest up to date X-ray, ultrasound, endoscopy and other diagnostic machines and equipment.
• Air-conditioned kennels.
• A nutritionist.
• Diabetic Clinics.
• Nurse Clinics.
• Laser clinics.
• Pet Blood Bank is held at the practice every 6 weeks.
• Large Carpark to the rear of the building.
• Open 365 days a year (opening times and services may differ at weekends and Bank holidays)

For your information

In return for the above we ask that you respect our staff in practice and over the telephone as we reserve the right to remove you from our records as rude and abusive behaviour will not be tolerated.

Accounts must be settled in full at the time of treatment. We are unable to offer payment plans.

Missed appointments are chargeable at our discretion and several missed appointments may result in your account being deactivated.

Pet Insurance

Direct insurance claims will only be agreed with the following insurance companies – Vetsure, Direct Line, Animal Friends and Pet Plan – these claims MUST be pre-authorised with our office before a procedure takes place. If your animal requires emergency treatment and you wish to claim directly with a different insurance company, this can be done at our discretion.

2.30pm – 6.00pm (Out of Hours service only, no counter service available)

Sunday
9.30 – 12pm (Emergency appointments only, no counter service available)

Bank Holidays
9.30 – 12pm (Emergency appointments only, no counter service available)
